Believe it or not there is a simple way to save money during the holiday season. If your significant other looks over to you with "doe eyes" and says "we can save hundreds if we shop today", you need to reply "the best way to save money is not to spend it".
IF YOU NEED DIAPERS FOR THE BABY, AND THEY ARE 2 FOR 1, BUY 4. IF YOUR DREAM HDTV IS ON SALE FOR $1500 INSTEAD OF $2000 DON'T BUY IT!!!!!!!!! (They will be less expensive in 3 months because inventory that does not sell during the holiday season will be reduced to make way for the new technology)
Sales are for people who can afford to purchase without sacrificing needed items. It is better to save for a house then to spend during a holiday sale!
